Our guest was Yuck frontman Max Bloom and our record in discussion was the new EP by SASSY 009 live on Boogaloo Radio.

Playing a show at Shepherd’s Bush Empire with Built to Spill and Dinosaur Jr. then meeting Kevin Shields backstage after the show is quite unimaginable for a 19 year old music fan, but it happened to Max Bloom whilst starting out with Yuck.

Max also recalled vividly the time he won a sapphire necklace on a cruise ship raffle whilst on tour with Weezer from Miami to Mexico. Fast forward to present day and Max is gearing up for the release of his debut solo record, we found out all about it.
