Based between London and Berlin, Fake Laugh presents a dreamy indie number in ‘On Loop’.
Whilst playing in other bands, Fake Laugh frontman Kamran Khan has seen his side project bubble furiously on the side seemingly in need of his full attention. The gorgeous vocals and love-struck lyrics that underpin the bands left-field dream-pop sound have caught the ears of many, and saw Fake Laugh support London trio Girl Ray on tour through Europe and back in the UK.
Recent double A side release On Loop/ Better For Me, was released through Headcount Records as a limited edition 7″ vinyl, and both tracks display an artist in his prime as the Theo Verney co-produced cuts build on the enchanting dream-pop sound and soaring vocals of Fake Laugh‘s self-titled debut LP released last summer. The sound of summer 2018 has arrived in full force.
