Goat Girl are on a roll. On April 6th they will release their Dan Carey produced debut record, they’ve announced shows at the legendary SXSW festival in Austin, Texas and will follow this with a show at Brooklyn gem Union Pool in NYC. If this wasn’t enough, they’ve unveiled a contender for the best music video of 2018 with their latest single The Man. The video was directed by CC Wade and inspired by A Hard Days Night, it shows the London four-piece explore the warped world of Beatlemania with a parody on fandom and gender role reversal.

The Rough Trade signees have shared The Man, a hard hitting three minute piece of retro rock & roll and a live favourite, perhaps their most immediate and thrilling release to date.
Apparent from their early releases, Goat Girl found a cause and inspiration within the darker sides of modern day London. Their songs and ideals standing somewhat as an outlet for a new generation of music fans and a youth finding their voice amongst the ashes of post-Brexit Britain.
As the release of their debut record draws close, they stand well placed to cement their reputation as one of the best new bands Britain has to treasure. They take to Rough Trade East on April 6th for an album release show and will headline The Garage on April 17th amongst a flurry of other UK and European dates.
