Leeds four-piece Mush release AA side through Art Is Hard Records.
On the 23rd of June this year Leeds band Mush released their debut single ‘Alternative Facts’, a 10 minute alternative rock landslide through Too Pure Singles Club. Recently the band have raised the stakes with a new AA side 7″ release called ‘Comment Section Creeps/ Luxury Animals’ via Art Is Hard Records.
‘Comment Section Creeps’ combines the clean and intricate guitar lines of New York City’s Television with a slice of the the looser alternative rock excellence of Pavement. Lyrically ‘Comment Section Creeps’ does what it says on the tin, takes a dig at those who hang out in comment sections spouting abuse and hatred, the vocal delivery recalls the subtle social commentary of New Yorkers Parquet Courts.
